Our Students - ECE Preschool Lab
The Preschool Laboratory Program provides high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to teach, guide, and observe children throughout the program. The Preschool Laboratory is designed to meet the needs of preschool children in a creative environment that offers a blend of instruction and socialization.
Preschool Students:
Your child must be three years old by September 1, 2022 for the Tuesday/Thursday program
Your child must be four years old by September 1, 2022 for the Monday/Wednesday/Friday program
Your child must be toilet trained by the start of the program.
Families must provide their own transportation
Preference will be given to Braintree residents
BHS Students:
Goals for the High School Student
To help the students understand growth and development of children.To allow the students to work with the children and understand the values of learning while doing so.To allow the students to practice methods of guidance.To practice teaching skills.To gain a better self-understanding as they work with and observe the children.

Department of Early Education & Care
Students who successfully complete Preschool Lab I and II may become certified by the Department of Early Education and Care.
